Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Clinic Group provides professional consultancy services to healthcare organisations, clinics, and enterprise-level operators. Because our products involve advisory time, preparation, and allocation of senior consultants, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all purchases made through our website.
General Policy
By purchasing any service or package from The Clinic Group, you agree to the refund and cancellation conditions listed below. These terms apply to all four offerings sold via our website:
- Compliance Snapshot Audit – $49
- Operational Workflow Mini-Audit – $89
- Enterprise Readiness Strategy Session – $150
- Full Clinic Operations & Compliance Review – $450
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Strategy Sessions & Virtual Consultations
(Enterprise Readiness Strategy Session, and any scheduled component of the Full Clinic Review)
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, as consultant time has already been allocated.
- Rescheduling is allowed once at no additional cost, if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Instant-Access Products & Audits
Applies to:
- Compliance Snapshot Audit ($49)
- Operational Workflow Mini-Audit ($89)
Because these audits begin immediately upon purchase, meaning consultant time and assessment processes are triggered:
- Refunds are only available if requested before any documentation or intake form has been submitted by the customer.
- Once information is received or work has commenced, the service becomes non-refundable.
Full Clinic Operations & Compliance Review ($450)
Due to its multi-stage and labour-intensive nature:
- A 50% refund is available if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase AND before any kickoff call or data collection begins.
- After work has commenced (intake, system review, scheduling, consultant assignment), the product becomes non-refundable.
Failure to Attend
If a customer does not attend a scheduled session without notice (“no-show”), the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Service Delivery Issues
If The Clinic Group is unable to deliver a purchased service due to internal circumstances (e.g., consultant unavailability), customers may choose:
- A full refund, OR
- Rescheduling at the earliest convenient time
We will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
